Terms of service
Last updated: 3 October 2026.
These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with us. Please read them. If you do not agree with them, do not order.
1. Who you are buying from
DrinksNation is a brand of Gourmet Supplies Pte Ltd, 16 Senoko Crescent, Singapore 758270. We have been trading since 2013 and we are an approved supplier to major supermarkets and retail chains in Singapore.
Company registration number (UEN): 201322218M.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Gourmet Supplies Pte Ltd. "You" means the person or business placing the order.
2. Using the site
You may use this site to browse and to buy drinks for yourself, your household or your business. You may not use it to scrape our catalogue, to resell our prices as a data feed, to break into any part of it, or for anything unlawful.
3. Prices, GST and the deposit
All prices on this site are in Singapore dollars and include GST. Every order comes with a GST invoice.
GST registration number: 201322218M.
Two things sit outside the drinks price and are always shown as their own labelled lines:
- The container deposit. Drinks in Singapore's Beverage Container Return Scheme carry a refundable deposit of S$0.10 per bottle or can — S$2.40 on a carton of 24. It is not a charge we keep. You get it back when you return the empty containers to a return point. It carries no GST, it is never discounted, and it does not count towards free delivery. See How the deposit works.
- Delivery and the small-order service fee. See our Shipping policy.
4. Bulk discount
The value of the drinks in your basket sets one percentage, and that percentage comes off every drink in the basket:
| Drinks in your basket | Off |
|---|---|
| S$80 or more | 3% |
| S$120 or more | 5% |
| S$150 or more | 8% |
| S$200 or more | 10% |
| S$300 or more | 15% |
| S$500 or more | 18% |
Any mix of products counts. How many of each you buy does not matter — only what the basket comes to. Businesses and households get the same percentages. A voucher code, if you have one, comes off on top. The container deposit is not counted towards the basket value and is never discounted.
The discount is worked out on the basket, not line by line, and applied at checkout. You do not need to enter anything.
5. Your order is an offer
Putting items in your basket and paying at checkout is you offering to buy them. It is not a contract yet.
The contract is formed only when we send you a message confirming that your order has been accepted and is being packed. An automatic email that only acknowledges we received the order is not acceptance.
We may decline an order, or part of one, before that point. We will tell you why, and we will refund anything you have paid for the part we decline. Reasons we may decline include: the item is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, we cannot deliver to your address, the quantity is beyond what we stock for one customer, we cannot verify your payment, or we have reason to think the order is not genuine.
6. Stock
We sell what is in the warehouse. Stock moves fast and the site can be out of date for a short while. If an item is unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and either supply the rest of the order and refund that item, or cancel and refund the whole order — your choice.
We do not substitute a different product without asking you first.
7. Pricing and description errors
We check our prices and descriptions, and we still get things wrong sometimes. If an item's price or description on the site is clearly wrong, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will tell you before we pack the order, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel and be refunded in full.
Product photographs are a guide. Packaging, pack artwork and can or bottle design change without notice from the manufacturer. Where a pack claim matters to you — halal certification, sugar content, allergens — read the label on the pack you receive rather than the photograph.
8. Your account
You do not need an account to order. If you make one:
- Give us information that is accurate and keep it up to date. A wrong delivery address or phone number is the most common reason a delivery fails, and we cannot fix it for you.
- Keep your email account secure: there is no password, and the one-time sign-in code is sent there. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms, to abuse a discount or voucher, or to place orders that are not genuine.
9. Age and alcoholic drinks
The legal drinking age in Singapore is 18. Some of the drinks we sell contain alcohol, and you must be 18 or older to buy them. We hold a liquor licence, number L/LL/2026/002920.
When you add an alcoholic drink to your basket we ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older. You cannot check out with alcohol in your basket until you have.
The person who takes the delivery must also be 18 or older. Our driver may ask to see photo identification before handing over an order that contains alcohol, and may refuse to hand it over if identification is not produced, or if the person receiving it appears to be under 18 or intoxicated. We do not leave alcohol unattended, and we do not leave it with a neighbour.
If we cannot hand over an order that contains alcohol for one of those reasons, we treat it as a failed delivery under our Shipping policy. The drinks come back with the van and the rest of the order is handed over as normal.
It is an offence in Singapore to buy liquor for someone under 18. Do not use this shop to do it.
10. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. In particular, nothing here takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or the Sale of Goods Act, or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that:
- We are liable for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms.
- We are not liable for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses such as loss of profit, loss of contract or loss of goodwill, or for anything caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control — road closures, extreme weather, industrial action, power or network failure, or a supplier failing us.
- Where we are liable, our total liability for any one order will not be more than what you paid for that order.
We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
11. Contacting us
Write to us through our contact page, or at drinksnation@gourmetsupplies.com.sg. +65 9889 3695, on the phone and on WhatsApp. We reply as soon as we can, in our customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturday, 8am to 12pm, excluding public holidays.
Formal notices should go to Gourmet Supplies Pte Ltd, 16 Senoko Crescent, Singapore 758270.
12. Your personal data
We handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy policy.
13. Changing these terms
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page at the time you placed it, so what you agreed to does not change after the fact. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when we last changed them. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
14. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. E-vouchers
A DrinksNation e-voucher is valid for 12 months from the date it is bought. It cannot be exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used to buy another e-voucher. If you lose your code, tell us: we will replace it if we can verify the balance on it that is still unused.
