Each product page states the pack in full: how many bottles or cans, and the size of each one. That line is what you receive, so a product listed as 24 cans of 325ml arrives as one carton of 24.

Best-before dates are printed on the pack. Where a product page states one, that is the date on the stock we are shipping now, and it is there so you can decide before you buy rather than after it arrives.

Some stock is sold short-dated on purpose. When its best-before is less than 60 days away, the product page and the tile say "Short-dated", usually with a lower price.

If what arrives does not match what the page said, tell us and we will put it right.

Some of our drinks are Halal certified, not all. Where the pack carries a recognised Halal mark and we have recorded it, the product page says Halal. The mark on the pack is the one to check. If the page does not say Halal, treat the product as not certified rather than assuming it is.

Both are Singapore schemes. The Healthier Choice Symbol marks products that meet the Health Promotion Board's criteria for their category. Nutri-Grade grades a drink from A to D on its sugar and saturated fat content.

Where we have recorded either for a product, its product page says so, so you can compare two drinks before you buy. The mark printed on the pack is the one to check.

Keep cartons off the floor, out of direct sun and away from anything hot. A cool, dry corner is enough. Heat and sunlight are what shorten a drink's life, more than time on the shelf.

Once a bottle is opened, refrigerate it and finish it within a few days.

The product page tells you when something is unavailable, and stock moves, so it is worth looking again in a few days.
