Payment and invoices
Prices on this site include GST and every order comes with a GST invoice. You pay at checkout, and what you approve there is the whole amount.
How do I pay?
Online, at checkout, when you place the order. The payment methods available to you are the ones shown at checkout — that list is always the current one, so it is the place to look rather than this page.
Do prices include GST, and can I get an invoice?
Every price on the site includes GST, so the figure on the product is the figure you pay.
Every order comes with a GST invoice, issued by Gourmet Supplies Pte Ltd, of which DrinksNation is a brand. If your company needs a purchase order number on it, tell us when you order.
When am I charged?
At checkout, when the order is placed. The total you approve there is the whole of it: the drinks, the bulk discount already taken off, the container deposit where it applies, the S$4.99 delivery unless the drinks reach S$65, and the S$3.99 service fee if the drinks are under S$30. Nothing is added afterwards.
My payment failed
Nothing has been taken. An order is only created once a payment succeeds, so a failed payment leaves no order and no charge.
Try again, or use a different method at checkout. If your statement shows a charge but you have no order confirmation, send us the date and the amount and we will check it against our records.
