Bulk discount and vouchers

The value of the drinks in your basket picks one percentage from the table above, and that percentage comes off every drink in the basket.

Quantity has nothing to do with it. Any mix of products counts: one carton each of six different drinks earns exactly what six of the same drink would, as long as the drinks subtotal is the same. The container deposit sits outside that subtotal and is never discounted.

No. Mix whatever you like. The only figure that matters is what the drinks in the basket come to.

No. Households and businesses read the same table and get the same percentage for the same drinks subtotal. There is no separate trade price list.

What a business account changes is how you order and how you are invoiced, not what you pay per carton.

Yes. A voucher code stacks on top of the bulk discount: the percentage from the table comes off first, and the code comes off after it.

Neither one touches the container deposit, which is refundable rather than a price.

Usually one of four things. The code has expired, or carries a typo or a stray space. It has a minimum spend your drinks subtotal has not reached yet. It applies only to particular products or brands and none of them are in the basket. Or another code is already on the order, and only one code goes on an order.

Enter the code in the discount field on the basket or at checkout and the total updates straight away. If it still will not go on, send us the code and the order and we will tell you why.

Yes. The basket shows the percentage you have reached and how much more of drinks would take you to the next one, and the discount is on the total at checkout before you approve anything.
