Delivery

Within 3 to 5 working days of the order being placed. Working days for delivery are Monday to Saturday and do not include public holidays, so an order placed on a Saturday starts counting from the Monday.

S$4.99 flat, anywhere in Singapore, however many cartons are on the order.

There is also a S$3.99 service fee on small orders: it applies when the drinks in your order come to less than S$30, and it is shown as its own line before you pay. Adding a little more to reach S$30 removes it.

Delivery is free once the drinks in your order reach S$65. Only the drinks count towards that figure: the container deposit and the service fee sit outside it, so a basket that reaches S$65 on drinks alone is free to deliver even though the total you pay is higher.

The bar at the bottom of the screen tells you how much more you need as you shop.

Yes. Choose a delivery day and window in your basket, before you check out. If none of them suit you, leave it to us and your order goes on the next run for your area within the 3 to 5 working days.

One of our own drivers brings the order in one of our own vans, so there is no third-party courier in between. Cartons are heavy, so please have someone at the address who can receive them, or tick "Leave at the door if no one answers" in your basket.

If there is anything the driver needs to know — lift lobby, side gate, loading bay, the hour the office opens — put it in Delivery Notes in your basket, before you check out.

The driver will try to reach you on the number on the order. If nobody can take it and you have not told us to leave it at the door, the order comes back on the van and we arrange another day with you. Alcohol is never left unattended.
