Questions about Office pantry
Do we get a GST invoice?
Yes, every order comes with a GST tax invoice, and on a business account it carries your UEN. Orders are paid at checkout. Prices on site are GST-inclusive, so the invoice total matches what you saw.
Our building has a loading bay and fixed office hours. Can the driver be told?
Yes. In the basket, open the delivery notes and put the loading bay or drop-off point in one box and your office hours in the other. Both travel with the order to the driver.
Is there a deposit on the cans and bottles?
On containers covered by Singapore's beverage container return scheme, yes: S$2.40 a carton, shown as its own line at checkout and on the invoice. It is a refundable deposit, not a charge, and it does not count towards the S$65 free-delivery threshold.
What if we only need one or two cartons?
You can order any quantity. Under S$30 of drinks there is a S$3.99 picking and packing fee, shown as its own line in the basket before you pay.
